July 15, 2004 - Meeting with Governor Jeb Bush
July 3, 2004 - Community Wide Survey at Lakeyard
June 12, 2004 - Historic District Door to Door Survey
May 15, 2004 - Old Timer's Afternoon Delight
March 29, 2004 - Presentation of $3,500 from Partners in Progress.
December 10, 2003 - Rotary Club Meeting featuring The Chautauqua Hall of Brotherhood Foundation, Inc.
December 6, 2003 - Tour of Homes sponsored by Partners in Progress. Proceeds went to The Chautauqua Hall of Brotherhood Foundation, Inc.
December 6, 2003 - Festival of Trees, a new tradition, begun. Proceeds went to The Chautauqua Hall of Brotherhood Foundation, Inc.
November 2003 - The architectural firm of Pendleton & Bowman came on board as architectural consultants.

October 25, 2003 - Pleasant Grove family reunion. Guest topic The Chautauqua Hall of Brotherhood Foundation, Inc.
September 12, 2003 - Steak Dinner at Chautauqua Hall of Brotherhood. Proceeds went to The Chautauqua Hall of Brotherhood Foundation, Inc.
September 6, 2003 - Chautuaqua Belles group formed to promote awareness of The Chautauqua Hall of Brotherhood Foundation, Inc.
June 2003 - Thriftway Steak Dinner. Proceeds went to The Chautauqua Hall of Brotherhood Foundation, Inc.
May 2003 - The Chautauqua Hall of Brotherhood Foundation, Inc. incorporated as a non-profit corporation with the state of Florida. Papers were filed with the IRS forming a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Board members and officers elected.
October 2002 - David Luther Woodward volunteered to serve as legal counsel
September 2001 - 40 citizens met to discuss having the auditorium rebuilt.
